1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Gamawaves website and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 3.1 How to Order

Orders can be placed directly through our website. After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

3.2 Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method where available. Payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery of the product. Additional payment methods may be offered depending on the destination country.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to countries within the European Union and other selected international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local courier services. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be issued using a mutually agreed payment method. We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is incomplete.

All products sold through Gamawaves are covered by applicable statutory consumer guarantees and warranties under relevant consumer protection laws.

The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from misuse of products, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
